One of our favorite places to hang out, check out art, shop, get some great food, or have a drink, hosted its 101st year festival celebration of the self-proclaimed “Ultimate Block Party.” Great weather, beautiful girls and lots of browsing made for a great time. There were lots of creative T-shirts, art and jewelry to look through, even ran into old friends. We didn’t have time to stop by the “Spirits” Garden which was incredibly packed, but it definitely got a good load of attention. The only bad part of the festival: half an hour looking for parking and $10 for a BBQ chicken sandwich, yikes!
