Architects Micheal Maltzan presents their interactive installation, The Dark Side of the Moon, at the Sci Arc gallery this Friday, Oct 19. Apparently, when you walk in, the 1400 sq-ft space is transformed into an interactive blanket, so to speak, where the participant is prompted to crouch down low or find a hole to stick their head in. The purpose of this was to create a space where a person could technically be in two places at once, but not fully immersed in either one. It seems like an interesting concept, one that I will have to check out for myself. - JH
