Well folks, its that time of the year again. Dodger Dogs, beer and peanuts, yup its baseball season. As I watch the Dodgers play the Angels in a tie game at the bottom of the 9th, I am sadly reminded of my last blog about the sad ending to the Dodger’s ‘07 season and the ultimate ugly win for the Red Sox. If you’re not an average viewer of this site, let me make this clear: F@$% RED SOX. (And just so you know, there was a poll taken on ESPN recently, for the most annoying fans, and guess who won? That’s right, those A-Holes who do nothing but talk about “No-mah” and scream “Whatev-ah” every five seconds, yes, those Red Sox Fans.)

Anyhow, I digress, it’s time to focus on the Blue and Whites. We have a promising roster this season: Joe Torre, (former Yankees Manager,) is now our skipper, Andruw Jones- a great addition to our offense (with, count them, 10 Golden Gloves) and Kuroda- the latest Japanese import in pitchers. Add them to a roster that already includes great players like Juan Pierre, Jeff Kent, Russel Martin, and Andre Either, and pitchers like Lowe, Billingsly, and Penny- and presto! I think we have a pretty good team!

All the sports talks give the NY Mets and Milwaukee Brewers the top picks for the winner of the NL League this year, but I think Dodgers will really step up to the plate this time. Who knows, its baseball and we got all summer long.
