Ha ha! Who would of thought? Personally, I’m a picky sushi eater so I only have certain places that I eat at. This event claims to feature some of the best sushi chefs in California but in my experience, sushi is really a matter of opinion. Are you a fusion sushi eater, as in Nobu? Or do you go trendy, like Matsuhisa? Or maybe you like uptight and tiny portions, like Mori’s? Whatever the case, this event celebrates sushi making- its history and present, featuring an Iron Chef style competition.
