This is a thing I went to when I was a kid. I never really understood it back then, but when I think about it now, it was pretty cool. Once a year, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratories opens it’s doors to the public for an Open House. Its a family thing, you can ask all the annoying questions you want about the technology that goes into space and hopefully still buy some space food; it’s weird, especially the ice cream, but it will make you feel like a kid again. Don’t know what to ask? How about you ask them about this weird Mars Sighting that NASA released and I’ve been obsessing about, that or about the effects that Space Exploration has on crazy obsessed women who end up driving miles-on-end to Florida in a diaper to stalk ex-boyfriends. I think either would sound really cute if your kid’s asking about it.
