Imagine if The Iron Chef Cooking Show was translated into a format for film making, with secret ingredients and a timed competition, and that’s exactly what you get with The 48 Hour Film Project. In every City, all participants are given three Elements to include in their film and then 48 hours to write a script, direct, shoot and edit for the big screen. This year’s Elements are:

Character: Ronald or Rhonda Donnellson, a Game Host.

Prop: 3 (or more) potatoes.

Dialogue: Leave it to me, I’m a professional.

The Los Angeles screening will be held at the Fairfax Theatres on the 18th & 19th at 6pm, 8pm and 10pm. The submitters have been separated into 6 groups and each screening will feature one group. $10 per screening or buy a Perry Garrett Pass for a discount off of all six screenings.
